14-Day Return Policy (Non Customized Items)
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom Items & Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, we only accept returns for custom items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Apparel with signs of wear, damage or alterations by the customer
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos of the item for verification. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided label. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
International Returns: Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
